We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website or through our sales reps, if eligible, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try our services in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

For services that include paid advertising, there will be no refund provided since the clicks are paid directly to each platform and we will not have control over these funds.

Cancelation Policy
You may request a cancellation of any products/services provided by Dolphin Ads Media at any time as long as it's on or before 15 days of the next upcoming subscription payment. This request should be notified to your direct manager or to info@dolphinadsmedia.com. If the request is not sent to the direct manager or to info@dolphinadsmedia.com, the cancellation will not take place and you will have to continue with the upcoming subscription payment.

If the cancellation request is not done within the specified time frame, the request will not be accepted and there will be no refunds done to any completed payments.
